VEX IQ Level 1 Camp
This camp is designed for students who have finished the 1st grade through those who have completed the 5th grade. Students will work in teams of three to build and program a VEX IQ robot with a goal of “competing” in a final game.  The VEX IQ build system allows for “faster” builds which is especially enjoyed by younger campers.
Camp is from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.  and is offered either June 5th through 8th or June 26th through 29th. All campers will receive a “Rockhurst Robotics” camp T-Shirt.

$125 - One Week, June 5-8 or June 26-29, Monday - Thursday, 9:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.
Grades 2 - 6, boys and girls
*Space is limited to 30 campers
VEX Cortex Level 1 Camp
This camp is designed for students who have finished the 6th grade through those who have completed the 8th grade. Students will work in teams of three to build and program a VEX EDR robot with a goal of “competing” in a final game.  The VEX EDR system is the system used by Rockhurst High School in its Robotics Engineering 1 & 2 courses as well as in its Introduction to Robotics course.
Camp is from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.  and is offered June 5th through 8th or June 26th through 29th.  All campers will receive a “Rockhurst Robotics” camp T-Shirt.

$125 - One week, June 5-8 or June 26-29, Monday - Thursday, 1:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m.
Grades 7 - 9, boys and girls

This camp is designed for students who have finished the 1st grade through those who have completed the 5th grade. Students will work in teams of three to build (different from VEX IQ Level 1 Camp)  and program (different from VEX IQ Level 1 Camp) a VEX IQ robot with a goal of “competing” in a final game.
Camp is from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and is offered June 12th through 15th. All campers will receive a “Rockhurst Robotics” camp T-Shirt.

$125 - One week, June 12-15, Monday - Thursday, 9:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.
Grades 2 - 6, boys and girls
*Space is limited to 30 campers
VEX Cortex Level 2 Camp
This camp is designed for students who have finished the 6th grade through those who have completed the 8th grade. Students will work in teams of three to build different from VEX Cortex Level 1 Camp)  and program (different from the VEX Cortex Level 1 Camp) a VEX EDR robot with a goal of “competing” in a final game.  The VEX EDR system is the system used by Rockhurst High School in its robotics courses.
Camp is from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. and is offered June 12th through 15th.  All campers will receive a “Rockhurst Robotics” camp T-Shirt.

$125 - One week, June 12-15, Monday - Thursday, 1:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m.
Grades 7 - 9, boys and girls
*Space is limited to 30 campers
Water Robotics Camp
This camp is designed for students who have finished the 6th grade through those who have completed the 8th grade. Students will work in teams of four to build and program a robot that will complete missions underwater utilizing the LEGO NXT build system. This camp will culminate with a trip to one of the local lakes where all campers will operate Rockhurst’s ROV (remote operated vehicle) under the water.
Camp is from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. on Monday and Tuesday (campers will need to bring their own lunch/drink all days) and from 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. on Wednesday to accommodate our trip to the KC Zoo. Camp is offered June 19th through 21st. All campers will receive a “Rockhurst Robotics” camp T-Shirt.

$225 - One week, June 19-21, Monday - Wednesday, 9:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. 
Grades 7 - 9, boys and girls
*Space is limited to 20 campers
