Transfer Application Process

Rockhurst High School accepts a limited number of transfer students at the beginning of each semester. In order to apply for transfer admission, a student must be a freshman, sophomore or junior in good standing at his current school with a minimum GPA of 2.5. Only students transferring from another Jesuit high school or a Catholic school outside of the Kansas City area are considered for admission for their senior year.

The transfer application portal for Mid-Year transfers will open Monday, November 18th, 2024.

  • Create your MyRock Login

    Create your MyRock login by clicking the Apply Now Link below.
  • Online Application

    Complete the online admission application. The online application takes about 30 minutes and requires both student and parent.
  • Submit Transcripts and Test Scores

    Using your admission checklist, download the transcript release form to submit to your current school. Rockhurst requires the last 3 years of transcripts and test scores.
  • Teacher Recommendation

    The teacher recommendation can also be sent via email to the teacher of your choice using the link on the admissions checklist. Click Start, to begin your request.
  • School Tour (Optional)

    Join us for an hour long tour of the campus! The whole family is invited to view the campus and get any questions answered.  To schedule a family tour please email Beth Jerome bjerome@rockhursths.edu
  • Shadow Visit (Optional)

    Interested in spending a day at the Rock? Email Beth Jerome, Assistant Director of Admissions to schedule at bjerome@rockhursths.edu.
